Shipping

The shipping times indicated below are not guaranteed, but are usually pretty accurate. If you need to receive your item as soon as possible please contact us for other arrangements

Dispatching orders

Orders that are fully paid before 1pm Melbourne  time will be dispatched on the same day (Subject to stock availability).

Australian shipping

We ship up to 10 items to any destination in Australia for a flat rate (see below). Bulk orders with more than 10 items have variable shipping rates depending on the size of the shipment.

Melbourne Pickup

• Place your order online and choose pickup as the shipping option.
• Pickup is from our Warehouse - address & opening hours 
• We will email you when your order is ready to be picked up, this is usually within 24hrs. If you need it sooner, please call us .

Express Post Delivery

• We recommend shipping your order to a business address for hassle free shipping. Residential addresses will always ship via Australia Post which may slow down delivery if you're in a regional area.
• Standard Australia Post Delivery

• We recommend shipping your order to a business address for hassle free shipping. Residential addresses will always ship via Australia Post which may slow down delivery if you're in a regional area.

Express Courier

• We recommend shipping your order to a business address for hassle free shipping. Residential addresses will always ship via Australia Post which may slow down delivery if you're in a regional area.
• Service does NOT deliver to PO Boxes. If PO Boxes are requested we will ship via Express Post where possible or request another address. This may delay shipping.
• Door to door service.
• Signature on delivery required (does not have to be purchaser).
• If no one is available to sign for the parcel you will have to follow up with the courier for redelivery.

International Shipping

Shipping costs are based on weight and are calculated during the checkout.

International Courier Post

• You do not pay Australian tax on your order - so you get 10% off the price of your order.
• Duties may be payable upon entry to your country, these are out of our control.

International Registered Air Mail

• You do not pay Australian tax on your order - so you get 10% off the price of your order.
• Duties may be payable upon entry to your country, these are out of our control.
• Delivery address can be a post office box.
• *Proof of delivery provided.

Returns & Exchanges.

Refunds

For a refund, please include the invoice you received with your parcel and indicate the reason for return. Goods must be returned within 2 weeks, unworn and unwashed with all labels/tags attached. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered).   We ask you complete the ‘Refund / Exchange Request’ form enclosed in your original order.

Exchanges

We are happy to exhange if the size is not right or for what ever reason. Please note any exchange / Refund must reach our office with in 2 weeks from purchase date, unless other arrangements have been made with our customer service department.
There is a $7.00 handling / shipping fee for all exchanges, therefore if you would like to exchange either size, style or colour, please follow the same instructions as above (complete the ‘Refund / Exchange Request’ form) and include $7.00 for Australia (cheque/money order or credit card details) , Overseas exchanges same applies however the handling shipping fee is $13.00 (No Shipping fee will apply to goods picked up from out Warehouse).
